4.1 Single Account Policy. Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the taya3653 platform. Multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different mobile numbers, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitute a violation of these Terms. taya3653 employs technical and manual processes to detect duplicate accounts. Upon detection, all duplicate accounts and any associated balances or winnings may be voided and the player permanently banned.

4.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. Providing false or misleading information, including a false date of birth or identity, is grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

4.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. 4.5 Know Your Customer (KYC). taya3653 is required by PAGCOR regulations to conduct KYC verification on players. 7.2 Game Rules. Each game on taya3653 is governed by specific rules that are accessible within the game interface. 13.1 Termination by Player. You may close your taya3653 account at any time by contacting customer support. 13.2 Termination by taya3653. taya3653 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

13.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination for cause, taya3653 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where termination is for breach of these Terms resulting in financial loss to taya3653, taya3653 may offset the balance against proven losses or costs.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with the taya3653 platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

Any dispute between a player and taya3653 should first be raised with taya3653 customer support, which will attempt to resolve the matter within ten (10) business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through internal channels, it may be referred to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process, as the platform's regulatory body.

Players who are unsatisfied with the outcome of a dispute resolution process may seek recourse through the appropriate courts of the Philippines. The parties irrevocably consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines for the resolution of disputes that cannot be settled through the above processes.

taya3653 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered players via a notice on the taya3653 platform or, where practicable, via the mobile number or email address associated with your account.

Continued use of the taya3653 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease use of the platform and may close your account as described in Section 13.1.
